Rowan Sebastian Atkinson was born on January 6, 1955 is a comedian, actor, and writer of England. Rowan was known for his television series Blackadder and Mr. Bean. Rowan is one of the 50 funniest people in the UK. Rowan was born in Consett, County Durham in 1955 from the family of Eric Atkinson, a farmer and company director, and his wife Ella May (née Bambridge).
Rowan began appearing on television on the show Not the Nine O'Clock News, followed by The Black Adder, and then Mr. Bean. Rowan Atkinson married Sunetra Sastry in 1990, had two children, Lily and Benjamin, and lives in rural Oxfordshire. He has a collection of cars and writing for magazines Car and Evo.
