Increasing numbers of people in the Gulf will develop heart disease unless they adopt healthier diets and lifestyles, doctors have warned. The region already has high rates of cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks, strokes and hypertension. Heart disease is the Gulf's biggest killer.
